Shipping Policy

At Social K Beauty, we strive to provide fast shipping as we ship all orders within the next business day once it’s been processed. We will try our best to process all orders the same day. Please note, processing times may take up to 3 business days during peak sale times. Once orders are shipped, an email confirmation will be sent out. In the case you do not receive the confirmation email, we recommend checking your junk/spam folder. If the confirmation is still not received you can email us at cs@socialkbeauty.com and we would be more than happy to assist with any inquiries.

 

Local Delivery

  • $5 Local Delivery: within GTA on orders $40+
  • Same Day shipping: For orders placed before 11am the same day

 

Please note that we do not offer apartment delivery. If you do not have a concierge, you will need to come down to receive your order. You can also provide us with delivery instructions such as leaving the package at the concierge desk, receiving a text message to come down, or leaving it at your door. Once you have added the necessary instructions, click on the Check Out button.

 

Within Ontario

  • Complimentary Expedited shipping within Ontario on orders $75+
  • Estimated Expedited shipping delivery: Business Days.
  • Estimated Express shipping delivery: 1-2 Business Days.

Canada wide (Outside Ontario)

  • Complimentary Expedited shipping within Canada on orders $75+
  • Estimated Expedited shipping Delivery: 2-6 Business Days.
  • Estimated Express shipping: 1-4 Business Days.

 

USA

  • Complimentary free shipping for orders over $75CAD.
  • Estimated shipping delivery: 3-9 Business Days.

 

International

It may take up to 24-48 hours for the tracking number to show up on our carriers' systems after we've shipped out your order.

Please ensure the shipping address and contact information entered at checkout is accurate, complete, and valid. Packages sent back to us due to incorrect, incomplete, and/or undeliverable address may be subject to additional fees if a re-delivery is requested. For parcels delivered to an outdoor community mailbox in hot or cold temperatures, please ensure you retrieve your package as soon as possible to avoid items from being compromised. Social K Beauty is not responsible for any damaged item due to extreme hot/cold weather. If you are shipping to a P.O. Box, please ensure that the postal office accepts parcels. we will not be responsible for undeliverable orders returned to us.

Delivery times listed are only estimates and do not take into account delays due to holidays, customs clearance, extreme weather, natural disaster, postal strikes, and any unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to help with any shipping delays, however, we cannot be responsible and will not issue refunds or replacements for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame.

U.S. customers are responsible for any customs duties & taxes that may arise. As we have no control over these fees and we will have to report the actual value of your order. Delivery timeframes may be delayed/extended if items are held in U.S. customs.Please note, Social K Beauty is not responsible for packages that are refused by the local customs, damaged, stolen during transporation, delays/returns due to incorrect/incomplete addresses,
